ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

FEBRUARY 26, 2009

7:00 P.M.  Called meeting to order.  Present:  Paula B. Keefe, Ellen Abelson

                   and Mark Mazur.

1. The Board reviewed a Findings of Fact from the Appellate Tax Board

(ATB).

2. The Board granted an FY2008 Abatement in settlement of the ATB

case for the owner of Parcel 96-5.

3. The Board reviewed the response to our Request for Proposals for

FY 2010 revaluation assistance.  The Board discussed the proposal then

chose Vision Appraisal Technology to complete our FY2010 Income

property revaluation and data re-inspection project.

4. The Board discussed the Performance Evaluation of  the Administrative

Assessor for calendar 2008.  They  decided to try and complete it for their next meeting.

5. The Board took the following actions on fiscal year 2009 abatement applications for the owners of the following parcels:
